When the painting first arrived, the artwork was detached from the frame in places, and there was about a 4 or 5 inch crack along the frame as well. There were also little bits of Styrofoam that appeared to have come loose and felt as if they were melted onto the corner of the frame. I notified Wayfair of the issue and they immediately sent a replacement, and I didnt even have to send the old one back (which was a relief since it is a 60 x 40 inch piece of artwork!). My husband and I have recently purchased A LOT of items from Wayfair for our new home. Definitely impressed that this is the only item that has arrived damaged so far and that the company was so responsive and quick to remedy the problem.
