They work great, love the two door access. Wish the doors opened flush, as we like to keep the door open for our senior dog to go in and out, but it sticks out because it won't open flush. We could try to take it off completely, but also need it when we are gone so he doesn't have accidents around the house. That is the only reason we would give it a 4. Also--note that it's possible the tray can come with a broken corner, depending on shipping, however, Wayfair was happy to send a replacement. It has been two weeks...and we are still awaiting a replacement, but they mentioned that they were on backorder.

The fact that it was a decent price and free shipping. Also great packaging!
