I cannot believe that this happened again. My replacement order #4393313569 arrived this morning. When I saw the package containing this item, I was disappointed. You did not take into consideration the issue that I had with this item. I knew what to expect before I opened it, another broken tree. This company could be more profitable, if someone could only pay attention to reason. As I mentioned previously, the boxed item it comes in requires better packaging for shipping (like a sturdier box). FedEx, UPS, or USPS will not automatically handle with care when the item is not earmarked as such. The item is very fragile and the limbs of the tree break off when the item in its red/white box is placed in a plastic shipping envelope. You should stop selling this item if you cannot ship it without it arriving in broken pieces. I am not trying to insult your packaging person however he or she is not too bright, or they just don't care. As an alternative, the item is already broken up when it leaves your warehouse and you are too trifling to write these off as losses, and instead, you are trying to stick it to the consumer. This is a waste of time and money.

It’s a great money attractor. It’s a nicer more intricate money tree than most feng shui pieces.
