How can you say it's WHITE Birch??? It's green bark, nothing close to white birch

this tree, along with all is branches, twigs and leaves, come all closed up. In particular, the leaves come crumbled up and it takes hours of work to open each leave, twist it, primp the twig it's on and then from the branch & tree trunks so it looks real. One aspect we believe could have been better done is the tree trunks, we've never see birch trees with green stripes in the bark and the transition from trunk to branch looks fake.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the 84” Birch Tree in Pot. It was packaged somewhat carefully and only had 3 limbs to slip into place. Fluff the limbs annd branches out just a bit before putting into place on the tree trunk and it’ll save you some time. The leaves were realistic, though some had become crinkled, apparently when they were slipped into their separate bags for shipping, but just a little patience in turning them into shape seemed to work. I put the tree into a large ceramic pot with moss on top and it makes a large impact in our foyer. Overall, I’m happy with my purchase.

This is exactly what I wanted.

I paid over $160 for this indoor plant, and I expected much better quality and care for that price. It arrived completely bent, with many of the leaves folded, creased, and deformed because of the poor packaging. I had to spend another hour carefully straightening and ironing out the leaves just to make it look presentable. The plant itself may look nice once fixed, but a product this expensive should arrive properly packaged and ready to display and not requiring extensive work immediately after delivery. Very disappointing
