Branche de bambou artificielle 66 po en pot

Item arrived with a small nick in the planter but not big enough to return it. The bamboo was pretty scratched as well. My biggest complaint was the greenery that was supposed to cover the holes was not nearly big enough to spread out that much.

Wayfair was excellent about seeing the damage to the order and sending a new one. Unfortunately it took the fourth time to get one that wasn’t damaged. The design is beautiful. The bamboo comes in a perfect height for the dimension of the box. The only two things I would be critical to not give it a five star is the odor of the lacquer they put on the bamboo is very strong smell and as of now, I still can’t get the smell out of it and the quality of the container it’s a black square box is not very high-quality, but visually not looking too close to the box close up it really is attractive I also like the idea that if I don’t want to place the bamboo in the box, it looks good without or with it.

Overall I really like the look of it, but disappointed in the packaging. It came in 2 boxes, the base in one package, the poles in another. The poles had some padding to ensure they would remain undamaged, but the base didn’t. It was just placed in a bag, then put in the box. Because of this, it arrived damaged as seen in the picture. Other than that, assembly was easy. The only thing there is to do, is slide the poles into the existing holes.

This was delivered in 2 boxes. One for the planter and one for the faux bamboo. The description doesn’t provide many details for the actual planter but it is wooden (probably manufactured wood) and quality is not that good. Came chipped on the ends as seen in the photo. It was fairly easy to assemble. The bamboo and greenery does look fake as well. I don’t think the quality of the product compliments our home very well. But it was delivered fast and packaged well.

This item was delivered damaged. The quality of the plant was also not good. However, Wayfair customer service set up the return quickly and were very professional.
