This item arrived damaged. Wayfair was a total pain to deal with and charged me a $40 return shipping fee. That makes no sense. Also Charlotte with resolutions management can’t answer a single question about her department or why it was so difficult to get a return solution started or why they were asking me for additional photos after I provided them already. I have lots of home furnishing purchases coming up but will be deliberately shopping elsewhere. I hope the $40 return fee was worth it to Wayfair.
