I love the artificial ficus tree, it is very full with real looking leaves and stump. It is just the right size for my entryway corner. The setup was very easy and quick. I would absolutely buy it again! The delivery was very quick as it took 2-3 days from ordering to delivery.

As I unboxed the tree to put together I noticed a nasty sting musty smell then I started to noticed the tree branches had white like fuzz on them and realized it was moldy! So I called to return the item right away. I unboxed the item in my living room so hopefully I didn’t get mold spores everywhere I quickly vacuum the carpet and took the item outside. I am very unhappy with my purchase and afraid to exchange for another one I don’t want to chance open up a box of mold again so I just asked the customer service lady for a return refund.

I love these faux trees! I love the Size rather Height. As well as the extremely sturdy wooden base. They are a bit cumbersome when sliding in the connections. I had to get into placealignment. Then pick up and doing a hammering move slamming the top foliage inward a few times. They do not just slide in. Albeit fir my purposes of putting on my balcony in my high-rise building. Where winds can be high to extreme windy. The very fact the will not just slide out easily with even a light breeze Let alone 60-90mph wind in a high-rise Pretty fantastic! Lol. They arrived quickly and packaged well. Do not hesitate to buy. Between the heighy overall privacy coverage in leafiness width of coverage. It is Awesome! Just have more than yourself assembling lol. Especially not after a major surgery like myself lol.

Overall, this is a nice plant. My main concern is that we weren’t able to fully assemble the trunk together. The metal rods are bent and with two people flexing the stalk and biasing it certain ways, we were still only able to get it halfway in.
