10 feet is really tall! I am disappointed that the top section of my tree is not straight, so that when attached to the bottom, the tree does not stand erect but slants noticeably. But with skillful fluffing of the branches and turning the tree trunk, I have been able to mostly hide the problem.

My deliver was not a ficus tree What do I do now?

Item was defective. The two parts don’t fit together.

It was difficult to put together (as other reviewers have mentioned), but the size is fabulous. It looks great.

For the price, the quality was pretty good. It's what you would expect of a fake plant. The trunk was great quality, the leaves are obviously fake when you get up close but unless you are really looking at it, it's not THAT obvious. It came in 2 pieces that were easy to assemble and nothing fell apart after fluffing it. It's true to size and fit my space really well. I put it into a larger pot I already had which definitely makes it look better and is much sturdier than as is.
