Very satisfied,It's well made and just what I wanted although the floor grate was a problem putting in.I finally gave up and used an old one I had on hand with square openings that I could get my fingers in to grip it.

Product came with a damaged tray. This puppy pen is not as sturdy as my old one.. the metal is already bending and the lid does not fit properly.
