Modern look and finish and includes bulbs. I'd give this a 5 but I haven't been able to find a conventional bulb to match the brightness and colour. This is a problem because it's in the hallway and the other lights don't match. Only solution - I bought a second one! Just a slight delay when you turn the light on. Lights have full 360 degree mobility so aiming is easy.
