Love this fireplace. It was hard to find the perfect fit under my tv which is a 75”. It was fairly easy to assemble, you can’t tighten any screws at all until everything is together so the lines match up perfectly. But if you’re handy like myself, it’s not an issue. I don’t need to glue or use caulk like some say they did. Directions were clear as well. Love the 6 color setting options and the heat works awesome when needed. I have a large living room and kitchen that all open and it warms everything, about 800 square feet.

I was very impressed with the quality and style of the fire place. It looks better in person and most of all it looks so elegant in my family room. I will enjoy the fire place for a long time. Thank you for all your great items and your wonderful service. Your staff is always so helpful and kind.

Cannot possibly give review until it’s assembled and working. Happy except for a small piece chipped off the frame. We found it when opening box; we’ll try to work around it if possible.

I was able to put together during the snow storm. Insert came last but I did need assistance and a power drill to get the screws put in. One was missing but I had one that worked. I also needed a new remote and CS got it FedEx with 2 days. No complaints and if you’re sitting on the fence go for it!!
