This was the worst delivery experience I’ve ever had. We called multiple times- first Wayfair, then the delivery company and politely asked them to bring the package to the door of our treatment room and not leave it outside somewhere. We made this request several times because this is a commercial business location, and the package is a treatment table. The driver should have contacted us before delivering it. Instead, they just left it in a random location. That is completely unacceptable. At this point, I don’t even know if the table is damaged because this is not how a large, expensive item should be handled. We specifically asked for proper delivery, and our instructions were ignored.

So far my bed is torn and the wood has damage too ..

Beautiful bed super soft but just a couple of dings one was the wooden frame at the top was completely broken and falling apart but because it was poorly made with wood glue and tiny staples next would be the foot of the bed with wood had been hit or beat up with a hammer but all of this will be a easy fix for me but they also generously gave me a partial refund to help with my troubles so i am super excited for my bed just know you might have some work to do if you decide to buy it!
