Wanted a new butter dish that was large enough for at least two sticks (hubby and I like different brands), clear (because I forget there’s butter in them if I can’t see it) and with a handle because most butter dishes have smooth glass tops that are easy to drop. This one seemed to fit the bill but was very expensive and there weren’t any reviews so I held off for a while, but finally caught a sale and happened to have a gift card so figured I’d give it a shot. It is definitely the biggest butter dish I’ve ever seen and would easily hold four sticks, or maybe three of the European shaped blocks. And being so large is a bit heavy, but that’s what the handle is for. I would give this five stars except for the poor workmanship rate it five stars on said handle. I think that an item at this price range should have better quality control. Dimensions are 12 1/2” wide, 5 3/8” deep and 6 3/4” tall. Interior area is 10 1/2” x 3 1/4” x 3 1/2”.
