Finally assembled, it came out fine. It was NOT the color I wanted (dark gray). The photo of the chair in the order form did not match the description. I received a BLACK chair. Rather than pay for return shipping to exchange for the right color, I elected to keep the chair. It's different and smaller than other recliners, but is acceptable. You need to have the color of the chair and the description MATCH on your website.

A great recliner chair, very comfortable. First it shipped with defected part, I reported it and immediately they sent me a replacement part. Very good experience in resolving issues.
