It looks very nice and was pretty easy to install. I would have given it 5 stars, but it makes a clicking noise when running and it came with a broken plastic fire log that I'm assuming will be replaced.

It's beautiful, however, the descriptions states the size is 60 inches. It is not. The length is 47 1/2 inches. I would not have purchased this size for this price.

I LOVE this fireplace!!! And I don’t say that lightly! I just moved and had to purchase a few things and this is my favorite purchase. Update Changed from a 5 star to a two star. After about 3–4 weeks of use, the fireplace started making a squeaking noise. I contacted the manufacturer and was told it needed to be replaced. A replacement was sent a few weeks later. After finally unpacking the replacement—which is quite time-consuming and definitely requires two people—I discovered there were problems with this unit as well. So it all had to go back into the box, which was another long and frustrating process. To make matters worse, this replacement also arrived with a broken log (just like my original order). I had previously been sent a replacement log, which I hadn’t opened because I was happy using the decorative glass option. When I finally unpacked it, that log was broken in three places as well. While I do prefer the decorative glass, the log should still be a usable option—and so far, I haven’t had a single one arrive intact. Overall, I’m very frustrated. I love the look and functionality of the fireplace, but getting one that works as designed—without the squeaking—has become a real hassle. Now I have to figure out how to resolve all of this with Wayfair. Way too much time and effort for what should have been a straightforward purchase.
