NOT a good chair. NOT comfortable. Poor quality. We ordered this chair for my elderly father in 2022. The first chair they sent was broken and Wayfair did send a replacement, but then we had to get rid of the broken one. Well, I live in another state and was not able to really spend any time sitting in this chair, also because whenever I was around him, he was always sitting in it. He complained about a few small issues with it. But wow! I have been staying at his apartment because he is in the hospital and I can not believe how uncomfortable and rickety this chair is. The broken issue with the first chair is broken on this one too. The chair arms become loose and wobbly. There is very poor lower lumbar support. The wand that controls the massage and heat is broken. But over all its just really NOT comfortable. I feel guilty for my dad sitting in it for the past 4 years with his bad back and other ailments. I wish I could have tested it out before keeping it.

Husband loves his chair. Our puppy and he sit together and like how easy it is to get in and out.

Chair is a good size and weight, does not waver. All functions stated, work great! Firm, yet comfortable. Solid, does not seem cheap. Material has a brushed feel yet smooth to the touch. Pocket for controls is a plus! Perfect chair for someone over 6 foot, like me. Should last for years to come. 5 stars!

Easy to assemble and delivered quickly. Works wonderfully and like all of the controls and options for massage.
