Item came in two separate boxes. It was very easy to install but I believe I got a defected one because the top piece would not fully connect with the bottom piece making it feel loose. Also not all of the functions worked, the massaging option would turn off almost immediately after turning it on but they did send out a replacement after I informed them about it. Chair is comfortable but not for heavy use.

This is a solid made recliner. It was well packaged and delivered quickly. The instructions on assembly were very clear and it took less than 10 minutes to put it together. It is also very well designed with a versatile remote to change position, turn the heat on, and change massage settings. My husband loves it and so do the kids. Absolutely recommend it. The chair is not too heavy or bulky. the heat and help to stand feature is very useful. It also massages. I looked at so many chairs both in person and online and I am extremely pleased with my choice. I have found this power recliner to be a fantastic value and worth every penny. I would recommend this chair to anyone looking for an inexpensive power lift recliner.

Love this chair! It came in two boxes, and was easy to put together, there was a plastic screw cover that was broken but it came with extras! The power recliner is so nice compared to a manual recliner and it matches my other recliner perfectly. The heat and massage are nice, though it's more a vibration than a real massage. Really easy to wipe down especially in a house with puppies. Overall very pleased!

Faux leather power reclining massage chair is very comfortable and was super easy to Assemble. True to color and material even though not leather looks and feels like leather. Very easy to clean. Recommend!!
