I’m not even going to rate it since it was just a big mess. Cam locks crumbled when trying to turn them and that’s the main thing that holds it together. I am so disappointed and they say it can’t be returned or get a refund. It cost over 300 and it was a mess. I’m hurt and disappointed!!!

Very pretty!! The heating element is fantastic. The only issue is that some of the predrilled holes did not line up properly, causing the seams not to fit as tight as they should.

Everyone who sees this does not believe I built this from a box. It has 4 fire settings. And heat is adjustable heats my living room. But mostly cozy to sit around.
