We first bought the gold frame and returned. Didn’t like gold tone. Super annoying that this picture hanging kit does not include instructions! Could NOT find anything on REDDIT nor Google on how to use or what type of wall to use these picture hangers. Reached out to Wayfair and crickets are deafening! I have been hanging pictures for many years to not find proper or appropriate use for these is so frustrating!!! Saw brackets are not the problem it’s these funny looking white tabs that don’t make any sense.
