Support à gâteau

I am glad I found this product. Great product to fill a space on my counter and seems to be a good value overall. There are cons but I won't take more than 1 star off. Cons: at the top where the handle is glued on, there were glue residue still on there. First thing I noticed upon removing the item from the packaging. Then I have bubbles in the glass. The glass I feel is thin, so I have been cautious with the handling. Same with the handle. It is hot glued on (based on the residue) I will say a pro other than the overall look is that the base is already coated. A lot of bases require mineral oil to be purchase to coat but this has a coating already where you can not worry about anything being absorbed into it and just wipe it off with a damp towel.

Beautiful piece. I leave it out all the time and fill it with donuts, bagels, whatever we have. The only thing I would warn about is that if you make or buy very tall cakes, this stand may be a little short.
