This is the worst piece we bought after it got here really cheap

It's awesome and when we received the first one and found it had a small leak, Wayfair sent a brand new one and told us just to keep the leaky one! Awesome customer service!

This item arrived, and after having it set up by our own professional installer team, we could not get it to work. We had multiple people from our maintenance staff to handyman to engineers look at this, and the water would not pump all the way up the fountain. It was unclear what the issue was if it was the pump not pumping enough power if it was the tubing, whatever it was, we don’t know, but we have a brick of a Fountain. That’s absolutely useless. And even worse when we went to return it through Wayfair, we were refused the ability to return it and forced to submit parts for replacement, which will be here in approximately three weeks. Because we don’t even know what the issue is, though we don’t even know what parts to request. We just know that it’s not working. We will never ever purchase from Wayfair again and we hope that this review prevent someone else from having this horrible experience and a $3000 brick and their office.

Even after leveling it vertically and horizontally the water doesn't stick to the wall and it splashes everywhere. This is such a terrible design I'm not sure how this ever got approved to sell.
