«Pretty As A Peony I», reproduction d'art sur papier

I absolutely love this peony art! I got the 20x24 size in gray to contrast against old shutters..... It was very dark blue almost black but with other navy blue items around it, the blue comes out. The print itself looks a little paper-y to me without a texture of canvas or brush strokes so that's the reason for lack of 1 star. I'm going to go over it with clear gesso to create that brush stroke effect to give it more painting dimension. The gray frame is a nice rough cut wood and works beautifully with my old wood items around it. I have an old blue door next to it on the wall i saved from a burn pile and turned into wall art! The 10" boxwood wreathes came from Wayfair too. The size and simplicity of this art is a beautiful contrast to navy patterned throws n curtains and vases in the room so for that reason i love this piece.

Absolutely beautiful picture. Needed to add some color in our kitchen and this fits perfectly!
