The print was delivered on time however the box was already open when it arrived. After making sure that no parts were missing, I started the set up. The canvas does not appear as vibrant as the one advertised. It's a bit lackluster for my taste and the quality is lower than expected based on the cost. After carefully, taking the canvas out of the box and setting it up in the frame, I discovered the defect in the canvas. A red dot on the top right hand corner, part of the canvas itself. I reported to Wayfair directly as a product defect. They offered an automatic 25% refund and to keep the defective item or to replace it. Since I live I live in Canada and the product is from the U.S.A. I did not want to return it and incur any unknown return shipping costs. I may order from Wayfair again in the future however I will not order any products or items from Signleader in the future.
