In the first delivery, the server was broken into about 15 pieces but Wayfair immediately sent another one. Great product and customer service.

This divided bowl arrived this morning and I was shocked to discover it exposed inside its product box with the entire side unglued. There was no type of padding inside its box nor inside the entire shipping box. I am totally amazed that it didn't arrive in a thousand pieces. I'm VERY pleased that it doesn't have any damage! All of the other Spode Christmas Tree items ordered had arrived earlier this week and every shipping box was padded inside with either wads of paper or tiny pieces of styrofoam. Someone in the packing/shipping department needs to be retrained.
