This fireplace looks great and feels like a solid value for the price. It arrived quickly and was well-packaged in a single large box. Assembly was fairly straightforward, although a few of the pre-drilled holes didn’t align perfectly, which made setup a bit tricky. The brick material is somewhat fragile and seems to be porcelain, so it needs to be handled with care. I haven’t had a chance to test the heating function yet, but overall, I’m happy with the purchase.

The fireplace requires assembly and the package is very heavy, more than one person unless you have a furniture dolly. I’m pretty handy but it still took a couple of hours including laying out all the pieces on the floor. Some pieces look the same, with slight differences so it’s important to ensure the correct piece is secured facing the right way. Once assembled I was very happy with the overall appearance and sturdiness. It looks great in the living room but I wouldn’t rely on it solely for heating alone, more for appearance. The remote control is a little confusing and the most annoying aspect is the blower runs continuously when in heating mode, which is somewhat annoying. The flames look reasonably realistic with decent ambience but not great. Would be fine for supplemental heating and cosmetic appearance in a dining room or similar but not for whole house warmth in a cold climate. Running continuously for several hours it takes the chill off the air in a 200 sq ft room but we still watched TV, wrapped in throws and blankets in 40 deg outside temps.

I like it but didn’t get the assembly guide. But I looks really good in my she shed. I would totally recommend this product

It wasnt the easiest thing go put together but the finished product was better than i had imagined!

I love the fireplace. But the glass screen for front of fireplace was shattered when delivered. I messaged the online chat and was told à new glass would be sent with free delivery. I still haven’t received.
