The shampoo bowl is as expected ( not un plastic) i did not assemble the chair yet but overall the quality looks A1!

The arm rest doesn't connect to the chair! If you lay back in the seat your neck is legit broken In it. & i waited 4 months for this.

Easy to put together very comfortable perfect for a at home salon

It was too low hard for your back to wash clients hair. The picture doesn’t accurately show how low it is. Clients are literally laying down and have trouble getting up.

I like this chair for the price and ease of set up however it does sit really low which makes for serious back strain while shampooing
