⭐️ 1 Star — Unsafe and Extremely Disappointing I purchased this electric fireplace with mantle from Wayfair for around $600, and unfortunately, the experience has been extremely disappointing. Assembly took about 1.5 hours with two people. The instructions were a major issue — they contained no written words and did not appear to be for this exact fireplace, which made assembly unnecessarily difficult. To make matters worse, hardware was missing. After finally getting the unit assembled, we discovered an even bigger problem: the fireplace insert leans forward because there is nothing actually holding it securely in place. This is a major safety concern. I am genuinely worried about when the insert could potentially fall out, especially with the amount of money spent on this product. I contacted Wayfair about the issue and was told a technician would come out between 8 AM and 12 PM. I waited around during that entire window, but no one showed up. At around 1 PM, I eventually heard a knock at the door, but I was in a meeting and couldn't answer. The technician then texted me, and I explained that they had arrived well outside the scheduled window. There was no follow-up or attempt to reschedule. Wayfair did offer a 30% discount, but honestly, a discount does not solve the problem. The product is still unsafe. I asked if they would consider a 50% discount so that I could at least use the mantle separately or the fireplace insert separately, since I don't feel comfortable using them together. That request was denied. At this point, I'm seriously considering taking the entire thing apart and returning it. For $600, I expected a product that was properly designed, safely secured, came with the correct instructions and hardware, and could actually be used as intended. Instead, I've spent hours assembling it, dealing with missing hardware and incorrect instructions, waiting for a technician who didn't arrive during the scheduled window, and now I'm left with a fireplace that I don't feel is safe to use. Very disappointed with both the product and the customer service experience.

I was looking at a $1600 fireplace. I seen this one for less than $400 and took a gamble and ordered it. I just knew I was going to be disappointed, have to return it.. To my surprise its very nice. It took about an hour to assemble. I am confused about the led lights in the back because there's no instructions for them, I just left them rolled up. I put white stone in there, caulked the seems. Im happy w this product. So many color options and there is a remote.

Took my husband 2.5 hours to assemble but we love it!

Only problem is the directions did not make sense and said there were labels, but there were none
