The grill where the heat comes out is made of plastic. It gets extremely hot, way too hot to touch, and fills the room with a strong burnt plastic smell. Just got mine today and have to return them unfortunately. I got 2 and both of them do it so it's a clear design flaw. Wayfair, tell the manufacturer they need to put metal over the heating element not plastic, or stop selling this model. This product is dsngerous and toxic.
