I absolutely love this fireplace. It looks really sleek and modern, and the narrow bezel gives it such a clean look. I also love that it comes with both the wood logs and crystals, so you can choose whichever look you want and switch them out whenever you feel like changing it up. The flame effect is really pretty and makes the room feel so cozy. The heat works great too. Definitely happy with it!

Arrived quickly. There was some damage to the box but the actual fireplace was fine. Not much to assemble other than adding the glass stone and faux logs. I will add that I didn’t realize you have to mount it. My intention was to set it on the floor but you can’t. There is a lip that runs all the way around so it won’t sit flat. I deducted one star be there are no instructions for the remote. You can change the flame color, the color of the stone light and you can turn on an overhead light. However once you cycle the all the colors I couldn’t find a way to cycle through again. The heater portion works well. Heated up quickly.

This electric fireplace has made our room so much cozier! I love the look of the log with the flames. It's fun to bounce around different colors. The quality is great and it was easy to mount on the wall. This makes me look forward to going to bed at night!

Beautiful electric fireplace! I love it! It arrived in perfect condition. So many color options and features. I need to have it installed still, but I can already tell it is going to look perfect in my den. Not only great ambiance, It also puts out a lot of heat which will be nice in the winter. Hurry up summer and end!

Was so excited to receive it that we immediately I installed it!! It was very easy to do a wall install which we opted for since it was under a shelf and didn’t want to cut into the wall . We love the ambiance it gives and there are so many color options. We live in south Florida but feel like we’re in the mountains .absolutely love this
