Fauteuil inclinable à haute inclinaison hydraulique

I bought 7 of these 3 years ago. After three years i can review these honestly they still work great. Some of leather buttons came off. Tears in leather from use. Not really strong durable leather. Other than this everything still works fine

Three out of the six I ordered were badly broken. This set my grand opening date back 3 weeks this costing my extra money for rent, advertisement etc etc. I felt like it was ridiculous the way those 1,300 per chair I purchased were handle so poorly.

The chair is fantastic and a beautiful piece of work. My only frustration was with the delivery and was very disappointed with it. The chair was left right next to the street over 20 metres away from the front porch. If it was garbage collection day the package would have been thrown out. So the delivery has tainted my overall experience. The chair is lovely though

I’ve been trying to get a hold of customer representative or someone to contact me. My product came in, scratched up and scuffed up and the hydraulic is not working and I’ve been reaching out to get a hold of someone and no one has been able to get a hold of me I would like to get this resolved. Please have someone contact me as soon as possible thank you.
