When I received the item it came defective and was not able the recline. I submitted videos and photos to show that the item is not working, I also explained that the item was shipped overseas and cannot be returned as it would be too expensive to return it. I asked for a partial refund to have the item fixed and they refunded me 71.90 out of almost 300 for the item itself not inclusive of shipping. I am very disappointed

The back piece of the chair didn’t fit exposing all the mechanics. The chair makes a clunking sound every few minutes from the hydraulics like it’s going to fall. The headrest makes the back of the chair uncomfortable to sit in for a few hours. The back also doesn’t sit straight up. When someone leans back in it it reclines back a little making it difficult to cut someone with long hair correctly. Tried to return but will cost 80 just to send it back
