I got an open box, which was fine but it must’ve been part of a larger unit because the box was misleading. It’s fine though. Works perfect.

It was exactly as it stated. Love the three different flames. No problem to install in my old fireplace. The tools sent were adequate for the job. Remote is simple to use and love the heat button. Would purchase again, if needed.

Love this insert. It really warmed up the room and was perfect for Christmas with our stockings. I did lift it a bit so more showed above our face.
