Came in on time and meets my expectations

Nice colors and easy to install

I was super excited about this purchase. They sent me the tv stand, and I was waiting on the second package, which was the fireplace insert. However, when I thought it arrived, it was just another tv stand and no insert. I contacted them, they said that the insert was sold out however they just refunded the purchase. I was happy about being refunded, however it was disappointing to be excited about a purchase and building the stand and waiting for the insert for it to never come or even be a possibility for a replacement. I now shop with caution. Customer service was 5 stars! Product delivery 0 stars.

Beautiful fireplace looks fancy we just have today about to install it. Looks easy to set up very happy with this purchase and the price worth it even with the president deal discounts.
