I absolutely love this fireplace! After searching and reading hundreds of reviews over the course of two years, I finally decided on this one—and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. The unit was easy to assemble, and the customer service has been excellent. I’ve already had to contact them to troubleshoot the heat settings, and they were incredibly responsive and helpful, which is especially important when making a large purchase. The only thing I would change is the placement of the power cord; I wish it were located on the bottom of the unit rather than the side. Also, while there appear to be three vents on the unit, the heat only comes from the center vent, but it's robust. I also chose to purchase the extended warranty for added peace of mind. So far, so good.

I order this fireplace for a media wall that I was completing for a client. I ordered on December 23, 2025, the order took about a week to arrived, which was December 30, 2025. When I opened the package I noticed that the log was cracked, and the firebox screen was dislodged from the fireplace frame. My client was very upset that I couldn’t meet their demanded timeframe for completion, so they deducted it out of my pay. I informed customer service that this was for a client, and I also informed them that they were very dissatisfied and they were deducting this from my pay, so I asked for a discount. They basically told me that it’s nothing they could do, since they were already sending me a new fireplace which would arrive on January 13, 2026. FEDEX will come pick up the damage fireplace January 5, 2026. The overall fireplace looks realistic, and natural but Wayfair customer service is poor. I probably wouldn’t order this from them and just order from the actual
