This is a great fireplace. We had the unfortunate experience of two being shipped with damage because the packaging wasn’t good. didn’t notice the damage until we were passed the return window at 6 weeks vs 30 days because my contractor was running behind on the install. But Wayfair took care of us. The manufacturer has assured us they have taken care of the packaging issue. I hope they have because the product is truly awesome. My contractor was able to bend the damaged piece back so it’s not so noticeable. It’s still not perfect but not trying again! Had to pay my contractor to come out each time to install. The product itself is great but advice just unpackaged the entire thing upon receipt to make sure the bottom isn’t damaged. We bought this because of the great reviews and I was so sad at the shipping damage. I built a $12k feature wall to showcase this so was sad that sloppy FedEx made this a terrible experience. In the end Wayfair took care of us though so I’m happy.

This fireplace is wonderful, great quality and easy to install

We love it! It looks gorgeous in our room

This is a great buy. Well worth the money. It looks sleek and warms the room up, nicely. I would recommend to Family and Friends

Have it set up in my wall under a 95” tv looks great
