I give 3 stars because, for some reason, I was under the impression that a base would come with it, but it didnt. Its very nice my daughter loves the colors. The package came quickly and undamaged. It comes with a remote.

This came packaged inside another box. I would recommend 2 people to move it. I did the assemble myself but would say two people to unpack it cause it is packaged extremely well. READ the directions- You do have to use a Phillips screwdriver to get 4 little screws out to CAREFULLY lift the GLASS UP and OUT. It’s not difficult but it is glass and if you pull forward I could see it getting cracked or broken. You then put the 3 logs and 2 bags of plastic crystals in and then return glass and put the 4 screws back in to secure the glass. I will say unpacking was the most difficult but so glad they did care enough to ensure it’s safe arrival. Nine colors -brightness five settings-also a timer up to eight hours by hour increments-heat off high and low with adjust temp from 62-82 most important has remote which we all love - overall love this we are going to build around it since out old unit was out of date but love the fireplace mantle it sits in. I could see putting on a cabinet or low dresser. I like that it can free stand or be built in. Overall very happy with fireplace and quality and service from Wayfair

I absolutely love this fireplace. It was easy to set up and place the crystal rocks and logs inside. It’s puts out a good assortment of different colors and pretty glow and nice warm heat. Eventually I’d like to close this wall and have to fireplace more built in looking.

Love it! Now I have a fire without the mess anytime I want. And it changes colors and warms up the place really quickly. It barely fits inside my wood fireplace but with some wood braces it’s perfect. I should’ve done this years ago.

This fits perfectly into our fireplace hearth, and we love how it has transformed our unused wall space in our bedroom. It has a beautiful streamlined modern look with the full glass front and sides. Love the light adjustment, the different colors, the heat control, and it was easy to get it going. Just take the glass out, add the rocks and logs, replace the glass, and plug it in.
