I think I got a lemon! My meat thermometer was not reading accurately. I even tried to re-calibrate it, but still something is not right. I ended up overcooking my pork following the temperature of the thermometer.

I've used this several times now and it gives quick accurate temperature readings. Pros: Accurate. Cons: None

This thermometer is accurate!... We love it as it reads the temp quickly. The probe is nice and thin.
