Beautiful, Functional, and Perfect for Catering — Definitely Buying More! These oval serving trays were an excellent purchase, and my wife and I will absolutely be buying more. We own a catering business, so presentation is just as important to us as functionality. We recently used these trays as part of one of our catering setups, and they looked beautiful on the buffet table. We used them for fresh fruit, grapes, strawberries, cubed cheese, and other items, and they held everything extremely well while giving the display a clean, upscale appearance. I also really like the depth and shape of these trays. They provide plenty of room without taking up an excessive amount of table space. Based on their construction, I could also see them working very well for vegetables, salads, pasta dishes, and potentially foods containing sauces or liquids. For catering equipment, I always look at whether an item is something we can use repeatedly across different types of events, and these definitely passed that test. They are versatile enough that we can change the presentation depending on the event and menu. These will absolutely be added to our regular catering inventory, and we will be purchasing additional ones. It's perfect for displaying 1 very large sugar pine cone in, which is why I bought it. The platter is much heavier than I expected it to be which is nice. It looks perfect on the TV console table. I recommend this platter.
