I have broken both of my wrists and have lost a lot of strength in my hands and wrists. Can’t move them like I used to. This mandolin is a God send! I’m able to use this without having to have my nurse do it. Wholeheartedly recommend this mandolin. Excellent quality!

Sharp. The directions even warn you that it’s sharp. Watch all your fingers when using this device. Definitely don’t suggest children using it. It definitely works though. Helps me out in the kitchen.
