Product is cool but I was shipped the wrong item at first. When I called customer service I was told that the item had not shipped yet so she could correct the error. She did not understand that I was already holding the wrong product in my hand. I got the correct item plus another incorrect item at no charge so I guess I made out but these guys have no clue. Shipping the correct items from this company is like asking for the Cubs to win the World Series. After this product shipped wrong I have had the next 2 items shipped incorrectly and 2 more prior to that were damaged. Of the 10 or so items that I have ordered, 5 have been wrong or damaged. They take care of their shipping problems but it is just incredibly annoying when you get something different than what you ordered. I don't think it is very hard to match a picking ticket to a box on a shelf with the same number but who knows who is working in the warehouses and if they can even read. Wayfair keeps giving me free stuff that is shipped wrong or damaged and I just don't understand how you run a profitable company like this (unless the markup is huge). I have a business and I would be out of business if I operated like this. I know that Wayfair has many warehouses that they pull from but someone in charge should Google the term "logistics". I was asked to give a review so careful what you ask for.
