VERY disappointed with this item. Very poorly made and much smaller than described. Sent back almost 1 month ago and STILL have not gotten my $$ back

I haven’t put them up yet but I totally expecting something different. I thought they would be smaller already ready to hang but that wasn’t the case. I’ll update my review when I hang them
