Package arrive broken open all the way thru box in 2 places. I took photos sent to customer service. Tree was missing the 4 golden bells. Had to take more photos. Tree was a joke. Small. Crushed. Pathetic. Will never buy from wayfair again. I don't drive and need a pick up and the horrid customer service would not help me. I'm 75 and fighting stage 4 breast cancer.

The faux plant is beautiful, just as shown. I will use next holiday season starting in November.

its a beautiful tree but it looks more vivid on there advertisement then in person its a according to your taste of color
