Boule à neige avec une scène d'églises d'hiver

Very beautiful, but doesn't work. Tried three sets brand new batteries, turn switch to on, hear motor humming, but no snow movement at all. Very heavy and wind up music and on/off switch are inconveniently located on the bottom. Music is loud and plays really fast. Returned the item for replacement. Received replacement and it had the same problem as first one!! Very disappointed with the item and hassle of returning, not once, but twice!!
