As mentioned by others, the nutcracker arrived with no bristles on the toothbrush. I bought some small wood blocks and white paint from the craft store to make it look like a toothbrush, and it looks pretty good. It’s not the best quality product but it’s fair for the price, especially if you’re willing to spend a couple of dollars and a few minutes to add toothbrush bristles. (The photo is after my addition to the toothbrush.)
