Casse-noisette ballerine Sugar Plum

This is not a "nutcracker" - it's an extremely cheap looking and a cheaply made "wooden doll. " The opening for the "nut" hat one would want to crack s so extremely small that a shell-less peanut or pistachio does not even fit in the opening. I bought this for a child so that she could understand what a "nutcracker" doll is. I bought a true wooden nutcracker ("true" meaning it actually can crack a nut) at my local supermarket (which is definitely not "high end") for $7 and its quality was significantly better than this Sugar plum one. This Wayfair purchase has been extremely disappointing and I doubt I will ever buy anything other than a 4/5 star piece of furniture or rug from them again. If I could have given his product zero stars, I would have.
