This nutcracker is well made, nice quality and a good size at 14". The shamrock was broken on the original one I received. I contacted customer service through chat. They were very understanding and immediately said they would be sending a replacement at no additional charge. I received it within a few days in perfect condition. Impressed with product and customer service!

The shamrock was broken due to poor packing & there were areas where glue dripped & hardened & a blemish on one side of his face.
