I love this little lantern with the cardinal and it looks like it's snowing all the time!

This is a snow globe that operates on batteries to keep the snow flakes falling. I have a cardinal lamp that is metal, but out of stock until Fall 2020. I needed another one for a gift and was concerned that this one is plastic. However, it is the same size as my metal one, and is just as heavy as the metal one. The LED light in this lamp is very bright, and the lantern makes a nice accent piece for almost anywhere you want to put it. If you want to change where you have it, it is battery-powered so just pick it up and move it. Only 4 stars because I wish this were offered in black, like a real lantern. The red cardinals would have a greater contrast with a black lantern.

The cardinals and movement inside are beautiful however the outer case (lamp) has a very cheap appearance. Cheap looking plastic case.
