I ordered the snowman and it arrived poorly packaged, and clearly broken. I wanted to return, not replace it because the overall quality was not worth 300.
Wayfair options did not allow that, so they shipped a replacement. Sure enough, it arrived in a damaged box, poorly packaged and once again the item was very damaged. I took it out of the box and attempted to see if there was any hope of repairing the broken hat. Not only was it bot possible, it is evident the hat was never attached. because i cant find the any broken pieces that would be needed to fill in the gaps. This has to be some kind of a scam as NO way someone could seriously ship this product.
