Item is cute but there was no box and the photo shows how it was wrapped and how it arrived. Because the globe is plastic, it is scratched up so it is not suitable to give as a gift - which was the intent.

This snow globe is especially pretty. Love the many cardinals clustered in the tree. I bought it as a gift for my daughter in honor of her grandmother who loved cardinals. She loves it!
