Broken and have not been able to get a response for replacement

Arrived broken twice. Then they wanted me to send them back the broken glass even after I sent pics.

It arrived broken due to poor packaging and I was asked to pay the shipping costs to return the item for a refund. Will NEVER SHOP Wayfair again!

This was a replacement for the one I received broken. This too came broken but I’m not able to request a refund ! I’ll never order anything breakable again from Wayfair, they don’t know how to package items properly.

I loved this item but it came chipped and with a bit of coloring bleeding. They couldn’t replace so only refunded me a minimal amount. I’m disappointed.
